Overview

An approved Solution Provider or agency is a third-party company in the Walmart network that provides specialized services and customized tools to help you run your eCommerce business. Working with an approved Solution Provider or agency can help make your business more efficient by simplifying tasks like item setup and management, order fulfillment, pricing and more.

Pro tip

If you already work with an approved Solution Provider on your API integrations and just need help generating their credentials, follow the guide on retrieving API keys and access tokens. Be sure to only share API keys with Solution Providers who have been approved by Walmart.

How does it work?

Approved Solution Providers manage and integrate your eCommerce data with Walmart Marketplace, often through APIs. Each integration is tailored to your specific needs, so reach out to the approved Solution Provider of your choice directly to gather information on costs, features and capabilities. Some providers offer full-service integration, while others perform specialized functions.

Follow the table below for an overview of the different types of approved Solution Providers and their service areas that are available in Walmart’s network.

Agency

Scale your business and streamline operations with full-service store management support.

Notes

All approved Solution Providers and agencies may be subject to change without notice.

Additional guidelines

Once you have decided on an approved Solution Provider, you will need to connect them to your Seller Center account, then provide them with authorization to access your Marketplace data. When connecting the approved Solution Provider in Seller Center, you will be redirected to the Solution Provider’s website, where you will need to create or log in to an account. For detailed instructions, follow our guide on connecting an approved Solution Provider.

If you encounter any issues, select the Help button in the Seller Center menu bar to contact Support.

Pro tip

You have the option to work with one or more approved Solution Providers or agencies. Especially if you’re working with more than one, consider a yearly review of your approved Solution Providers and revoke access from any who should no longer have access to your data.
