Overview

An Approved Solution Provider is a third-party company in the Walmart network that provides specialized services to help you run your eCommerce business. Working with a Solution Provider approved by Walmart can help make your business more efficient and optimize your online sales.

Notes

If you already work with an Approved Solution Provider and just need help generating their API Credentials, visit Integration methods: API. You’re not permitted to share your Walmart API keys with a Solution Provider who hasn’t been approved by Walmart.

How does it work?

Approved Solution Providers can manage and synchronize your eCommerce data with Walmart Marketplace through data feeds. Some providers offer full-service integration. Others only perform specific functions. Each integration is tailored to your specific needs, so reach out to the Approved Solution Provider of your choice directly to gather information on costs, features, and capabilities.

Additional guidelines

Once you have chosen your approved provider, you have two platforms through which you can add and update your Approved Solution Provider:

  • The App Store in Seller Center: You can use the App Store in Seller Center to seamlessly authenticate and authorize Approved Solution Providers. To update your Approved Solution Provider using this method, check out Connect a Solution Provider in Seller Center

  • The Walmart Developer Portal: You can use the Walmart Developer Portal to generate API keys and grant delegated access to Approved Solution Providers. To learn more, visit Delegated Access Authorization.

If you encounter any issues, select the Help button in the Seller Center menu bar to contact Support using the following issue category path: My Account > Profile Settings > Change my Solution Provider.

Pro tip

Consider reviewing your inventory of Approved Solution Providers once a year and revoke access for any Approved Solution Providers who should no longer have access to your data.
